Event staff in Berlin costs from 26 €/h net as a new client, regularly 28 €/h net, with a minimum booking of 5 hours per person and day. Surcharges are listed separately: night work after 10 pm and public holidays 4 €/h each, Sundays 2 €/h, short notice 2 to 15 €/h depending on lead time. What event staff costs in Berlin
All prices per person and hour, minimum booking 5 hours. What moves the price is not the work on site — it is how much say you want in who is assigned.

- Quotes and invoices can be issued in English. For clients based outside Germany we ask for payment in advance.

Why one all-rounder often beats three specialists
Most events do not need three different roles — they need people who can move between them. Someone who takes coats at seven, pours at nine and clears at eleven costs one hourly rate instead of three call-outs at the 5-hour minimum each. That is usually where the money goes on a small event: not in the rate, but in booking three people for a job that one can do. Short notice under seven working days adds 2 to 15 €/h, rising the closer to the date. Every surcharge appears as its own line in the quote before you commit.
A staffing provider, not an event agency. We do not plan your event, book venues or supply equipment — we supply the people. We are licensed for temporary agency work under the German AÜG, which means you may direct our staff on site yourself. A service contract, where we take responsibility for the process, is also possible.
Less than most people expect. Of the bookings where we recorded the booking date, 32 % were made seven days or less before the event; the median lead time is eleven days and the shortest on record is one day. We do not promise same-day staffing — there is no case in that data to support it.
A replacement steps in at no extra charge — that is part of the hourly rate, not an add-on. You see who is assigned in the client portal before the event.
Head count is the harder constraint, not the notice period. One person at two days’ notice is usually straightforward; twenty at two days’ notice depends on the date and the role. Tell us the number early even if the details are still moving.
German and English are standard; further languages on request. Say in your enquiry which language the guests will use and we brief accordingly.
Yes. Note that for clients based outside Germany we ask for payment in advance — a standing rule, not a judgement on any individual client. Quotes and invoices can be issued in English.
Yes, and we prefer it. Where a run of days is known early enough we keep the same people on the job, which is usually what makes the difference in service quality. For recurring demand a framework agreement is the simpler route.
