Trade fair work carries no premium of its own. A team lead who coordinates a larger stand crew is 6 €/h, charged on one person in the team rather than on each. Messe Berlin and CityCube are inside the S-Bahn ring, so no travel fee applies.

What trade fair staff costs in Berlin
All prices per person and hour, minimum booking 5 hours. What moves the price is not the work on site — it is how much say you want in who is assigned.

- Overtime at the same hourly rate, with no mark-up

- Staffing status stays visible throughout — from the moment the order arrives to the last position filled
- Digital timesheet: hours confirmed on site by phone, the PDF follows automatically, one collected invoice at month end

- Quotes and invoices can be issued in English. For clients based outside Germany we ask for payment in advance.
Larger clients are quoted individually. For high volume, recurring shifts or framework agreements we quote individually — get in touch.

Yes, and it is worth it. A crew that already knows the stand on day two sells better than a new one. Where the run is known early enough we hold the same people for all days.
